The City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into contracts with BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., Caretaker Inc. dba Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management, DLC Resources, Inc., Mariposa Landscape Arizona, Inc., and URW, LLC dba United Right of Way. These contracts are for large-scale street right-of-way landscape maintenance services for the Street Transportation Department, covering approximately 4,000 acres of City of Phoenix and Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) street right-of-way. Services include routine, non-routine, and emergency landscape maintenance for frontages, overpasses, roadways, medians, pedestrian walkways, access roads, embankments, multi-use pathways, retention basins, washes, dams, and levees. The contracts will have a five-year term starting around October 1, 2025.
