These Terms of Use apply to your use of any services offered by ReZone AI, LLC, including but not limited to ReZone AI, Agents, email notification services, summary pages, regulatory decision summaries, and any associated software applications and websites (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms form an agreement between you and ReZone AI, LLC, a Delaware-based company, and include our Service Terms as well as important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
Registration. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account to use our Services, including your name, email address, and company affiliation. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
What you can do. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
What you cannot do. You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. Specifically, you may not:
Consequences of Violation: Any violation of these prohibitions will result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services and may lead to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other equitable remedies. ReZone AI, LLC will aggressively pursue any legal action necessary to protect its intellectual property, business interests, and reputation.
If you create an account using an email address owned by an organization (for example, your employer), that account may be added to the organization's business account with ReZone. In such cases, we will provide notice to you so that you can help facilitate the transfer of your account. Once your account is transferred, the organization’s administrator will be able to control your account.
We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
Your content. You may provide input to the Services (“Input”) and receive output from the Services based on the Input (“Output”). You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
Ownership of content. As between you and ReZone AI, LLC, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain ownership rights in Input and own the Output. We assign to you all rights in and to Output.
The Output you receive from our Services is based on highly valued and proprietary data. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or otherwise making the Output available to any third party without explicit written consent from ReZone AI, LLC. Any unauthorized sharing will result in the termination of your access and may lead to legal action.
ReZone AI, LLC and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You may only use our name and logo in accordance with our Brand Guidelines. Unauthorized use of our name, logo, or any intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
