The City Council authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with TRACE Consulting, LLC for engineering services related to the reconstruction and strengthening of Taxiway C at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. The project aims to address increased traffic, aircraft size, and aging pavement, including upgrading taxiway lights and signs to LED technology. TRACE Consulting's services encompass assessment, design, construction administration, inspection, and all necessary documentation for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant compliance. The selection was made through a qualifications-based process. The agreement value will not exceed $2 million.
