The City Council of Phoenix authorized the City Manager to enter into separate master agreements with three contractors for Community Development Block Grant Program Job Order Contracting services for the Neighborhood Services Department. These services will be used on an as-needed basis for various interior and exterior commercial building repair, remodel, expansion, signage, Americans with Disabilities Act improvements, site improvements, street and right-of-way improvements, and parks and recreational improvements. The total fee for all services will not exceed $12 million. The master agreement for each contractor is for up to five years or up to $4 million, whichever occurs first. The City Manager is also authorized to execute job order agreements up to $1 million each and to take all necessary actions for project development, design, and construction, including utility services. An exception was granted for indemnification and assumption of liability provisions.
