The City of Phoenix City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract with Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. for insurance brokerage services for the Finance Department, Risk Management Division. This contract will provide insurance placements for the City, including liability, property, aviation, and cyber insurance. The contract value will not exceed $1,576,000 and will run from approximately September 1, 2025, through January 31, 2029, with an option for a one-year extension. An exception to the indemnity and assumption of liability provisions of Phoenix City Code 42-18 was also requested.
