The City Council of Phoenix accepted and dedicated multiple deeds and easements for various public infrastructure purposes across several districts. These include easements for a bus bay at 2315 E. Quail Avenue (District 2), sidewalks at 16421 N. Cave Creek Road (District 2) and 12851 N. 19th Avenue (District 3), roadways at 9216 N. 8th Street (District 3), 6006 N. 2nd Street (District 6), 2942 W. Buckeye Road (District 7), and 2601 E. Wood Street (District 8). Additionally, a shared use path easement was dedicated north of the northwest corner of S. 59th Avenue and W. Baseline Road (District 7). Several deeds and easements for multi-use trails, public utilities, and sidewalks were accepted at 2720 W. Baseline Road, located out of city but bordering District 8. This action is crucial for meeting the Planning and Development Department's Single Instrument Dedication Process requirement, enabling the release of permits to applicants.
