The City Council of Philadelphia is authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 370. Specifically, it involves striking Southampton Road from Bustleton Avenue to its terminus approximately 209 feet southeastwardly therefrom. This authorization is conditional upon the owner(s) or party in interest filing an agreement to release and indemnify the City from damages arising from the plan changes within two years. Additionally, the party in interest must pay the cost of advertising the public hearing by the Board of Surveyors. The ordinance will only become effective if $200 is paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after it becomes law.
