The Philadelphia City Council adopted Resolution No. 250751, authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of two properties, 2002 N. 20th Street and 2007 Norris Street. The Land Bank's Board of Directors determined that conveying these properties is in the best interest of the Land Bank for the development of a community garden, in accordance with Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code and Act 153 of 2012. Councilmember Young sponsored the resolution.
