The City Council of Philadelphia authorized the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer fee simple title to 13 properties to The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. The Redevelopment Authority is further authorized to transfer these properties to the Philadelphia Land Bank, in accordance with Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code. The properties include 1811 N. Bucknell Street, 1818 N. 23rd Street, 1805 N. Ringgold Street, 1850 N. Ringgold Street, 1937 N. 19th Street, 1939 N. 19th Street, 1945 N. 19th Street, 1935 N. 19th Street, 1947 N. 19th Street, 1907 N. 19th Street, 1913 N 19th Street, 1931 N 19th Street, and 1909 N. Van Pelt Street, all located within the Fifth Councilmanic District.
