The City Council of Philadelphia authorized the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307. This involves relocating certain portions of the curb lines of Ludlow Street from Tenth Street to Eleventh Street. The authorization is conditional upon the filing of agreements by affected property owners to release the City from damages and for the party in interest to indemnify and defend the City, as well as pay for public hearing advertising costs. Additionally, the ordinance will not become effective unless a sum of $200.00 is paid into the City Treasury within 120 days after it becomes law.
