An ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 230 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Cresson Street from Ridge Avenue to Osborn Street. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with requirements within two years, including filing agreements to release the City from damages, indemnifying and defending the City, and paying for public hearing advertisement costs. The ordinance will not become effective unless a sum of $200 is paid into the City Treasury within 120 days of it becoming law.
