An ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roy Street, 11th Street, Allegheny Avenue, and Germantown Avenue. The existing zoning includes CMX-2 (Commercial Mixed-Use) and RM-1 (Residential Multi-Family). The proposed changes introduce ICMX (Industrial Commercial Mixed-Use) in a portion of the area, while retaining CMX-2 and RM-1 in other parts. This change is based on Section 14-106 of The Philadelphia Code. The bill was introduced by Councilmember Young.
