The City of Philadelphia is authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in a property bounded by Cobbs Creek, 75th Street (extended), Buist Avenue, and 78th Street. The property is currently owned by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, the Philadelphia Land Bank, or the Philadelphia Housing and Development Corporation. The acquisition can be made by purchase, condemnation, deed in lieu, donation, dedication, or otherwise, under certain terms and conditions. The Commissioner is also authorized to execute all necessary instruments, and the City Solicitor will review and approve documents to protect the City's interests.
