An ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title or a lesser real estate interest in a series of nine properties located at 1911 through 1927 Cayuga Street. The acquisition can be by purchase, condemnation, deed in lieu, donation, dedication, or otherwise. The properties are currently owned by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, the Philadelphia Land Bank, or the Philadelphia Housing and Development Corporation, and the ordinance allows for transfers between these entities before acquisition by the City. The City Solicitor is authorized to review and approve necessary instruments and documents to protect the City's interests.
