The approved ordinance mandates that building facades be constructed of brick, brick veneer, stone, cast stone, cementitious siding, and glass, or substantially similar materials, unless otherwise approved on detailed building elevations included with the preliminary SP. The Planning and Zoning Committee approved this ordinance on September 15, 2025, and the Metropolitan Council passed it on final action on September 16, 2025. The Planning Commission had previously approved the associated SP with conditions on June 26, 2025.
