The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County authorized the acceptance of approximately 236 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP) and four new sanitary sewer manholes. This essential public infrastructure is located at 6309 Nolensville Pike. The acceptance is a necessary step for MWS Project No. 25-SL-105. The Metropolitan Planning Commission had previously approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-134ES-001 on August 12, 2025, recommending the acceptance of the sanitary sewer infrastructure. The resolution grants the Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration the authority to execute all necessary documents to finalize this acceptance.
