An ordinance was passed to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. This amendment changes the zoning of two properties, located at 93 Nance Lane and 393 Murfreesboro Pike, from Commercial Service (CS) and Office/Residential Intensive (ORI) to Mixed Use General - Alternative - Neighborhood Scale (MUG-A-NS). The properties encompass a total of 2.57 acres situated at the north and south corner of Stanley Street and Nance Lane. The Metropolitan Council ultimately passed the bill, following an approval recommendation from the Planning Commission on June 26, 2025. This change will be reflected on the Official Zoning Map.
