An ordinance was passed to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing the zoning from Commercial Services (CS) and Office Residential Intensive (ORI) to Mixed-Use General - Arterial - Neighborhood Scale (MUG-A-NS). This rezoning applies to properties located at 93 Nance Lane and 393 Murfreesboro Pike, situated at the north and south corner of Stanley Street and Nance Lane, totaling 2.57 acres. The change was initiated under Proposal No. 2025Z-059PR-001. The Planning and Zoning Committee approved the change on 9/15/2025, and the Metropolitan Council passed it on second reading on 9/2/2025, after a public hearing on the same date. The ordinance was passed on 9/16/2025 and will take effect upon publication of the notice.
