This approval grants a Conditional Use Permit for the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption within a private residents' club. The club is part of a new mixed-use development previously approved under Case No. DIR-2019-2593-TOC-SPR. The alcoholic beverage service is restricted to tenants and their guests only. The facility includes a 769 square-foot club room on the fourth floor with eight interior and four exterior seats, and an 804 square-foot outdoor deck. Additionally, there is a 584 square-foot club room on the eighth floor with 11 interior and 76 exterior seats, and a 2,060 square-foot outdoor deck. Operating hours for alcohol service are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily. The Council also instructed the Department of City Planning to investigate credible concerns of illegal short-term rentals in this unit.
