It also involves modifying other City codes, including LAMC Section 14.00 on Public Benefit Projects, and clarifying the distinctions, limitations, standards, and approval processes for Mobilehome Parks and Recreational Vehicle Parks. An Interim Control Ordinance (ICO) to prohibit certain permits for RV Parks was also approved due to these inconsistencies.
