The City Council of Jacksonville approved Ordinance 2025-731 to rename "Shipyards Place" to "Tower Court" in Council District 7. This change was initiated by Shipyards Office, LLC, and is intended to better align the street name with the newly constructed Four Seasons Hotel located adjacent to the roadway. The Addressing Section mailed notification letters to affected property owners on July 22, 2025, and September 11, 2025, and received written consent.
