This ordinance renames Manning Cemetery Road to Solomon Road in Council District 12. The renaming addresses issues with the emergency response system caused by incorrect addressing data, out-of-sequence addresses, improperly named roads, and discrepancies in mapping sources. The 911 Emergency Addressing Advisory Committee voted on January 3, 2024, to rename the road to facilitate faster emergency response. The City Council officially approved the renaming on September 23, 2025. The ordinance also directs the Chief of the Legislative Services Division to forward copies to relevant departments for processing and coordination.
