An ordinance rezoning approximately 2.05 acres located at the northwest corner of Springrove Street and 26th Street West from Residential Low Density-60 (RLD-60) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. The new PUD district will permit light industrial uses as described in the Springrove PUD. The rezoning is pursuant to the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and a companion Small-Scale Amendment L-6053-25C. The City Council found the rezoning consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and not detrimental to the health and safety of residents or the natural environment. The rezoning is contingent on the adoption of the companion Small-Scale Amendment and its unchallenged status.
