The City Council approved a large-scale amendment to the Future Land Use Map series of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The amendment changes the land use designation of approximately 344.60 acres from Agriculture (AGR) to Low Density Residential (LDR) and Conservation (CSV). The property is located in Council District 8 at 0 Butch Baine Drive, west of Interstate-95 and north of Pecan Park Road. The approval also includes a revision to the Development Areas Map and the adoption of a Sign Posting Plan. The land is owned by Bacardi Bottling Corporation.
