An ordinance was approved to rezone an approximately 1.00-acre parcel located at 0 Plummer Grant Road, between Carolyn Cove Drive and Joda Lane South, from Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) District to Residential Low Density-90 (RLD-90) District. The owners and applicants are James and Lockett Jones. The rezoning is consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and furthers its goals, objectives, and policies. The property is legally described in Exhibit 1 and graphically depicted in Exhibit 2. This rezoning is not an exemption from other applicable local, state, or federal laws, and all other permits and approvals must be obtained before development.
