The City Council adopted an ordinance establishing a Special Minimum Building Line (SMBL) of 24 feet for the east and west sides of the 1100 block of Wyatt Street, between Polk Street and Stonewall Drive. This application was initiated by the property owner of 1101 Wyatt Street and received support from 52% of the block's owners. The Planning and Development Department mailed notifications to all property owners, and since no protests were filed within thirty days, no action was required by the Houston Planning Commission before submission to the City Council.
