The City of Houston approved a Parking License Agreement with Winpark Management LLC for 50 parking spaces located at 2811 Travis, Houston, Texas. These spaces will be utilized by the Parking Management Division of the Administration and Regulatory Affairs Department (ARA), whose employees operate out of 2500 Fannin. The agreement has an initial term of one year, automatically renewing for nine additional one-year terms unless notice of non-renewal is provided. The City will pay $100 per month per space for a total of $60,000.00 annually. The total estimated cost over the ten-year period is $605,600.00. The agreement also includes provisions for Midtown Events, allowing the licensor to notify the City at least 14 days in advance, requiring the City to vacate the property or pay an event-related fee of $8 per vehicle per day.
