The City and County of Denver's Housing Stability Department (HOST) approved a resolution to amend an existing contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH). This amendment extends the service agreement by six months, changing the end date to February 28, 2026, with no change to the contract amount of $2,987,235. CCH will continue to provide non-congregate shelter services at the Park Avenue Inn, serving 300 unduplicated households. These services include accommodating unaccompanied adults, adult couples, adult families, and their pets, offering person-centered, trauma-informed supportive services, integrated medical and behavioral healthcare, case management, housing navigation, and meals. The program emphasizes a low-barrier, Housing First Model and aims to facilitate housing placement.
