The rezoning facilitates the installation of a new digital sign on the existing Home2 Suites hotel building, replacing two previous billboards. The digital signage will wrap around the parking floors of the hotel at the corner of 15th and Stout Streets, displaying a mix of commercial, community, and arts content. The project aims to enhance the cultural vibrancy and pedestrian experience in the urban core, providing additional lighting and promoting local arts and cultural institutions. Fifteen percent of the gross advertising revenue generated by the digital sign will be shared with the Denver Theatre District to support public art and lighting initiatives.
