A resolution was approved for a Master Purchase Order between the City and County of Denver and Print-O-Tape, Inc. to provide Common Use Boarding Passes and Bag Tags at Denver International Airport (DEN). The master purchase order is for $1,200,000.00 and is set for a term of two years with three one-year options to extend. This agreement aims to streamline the process of providing boarding passes and bag tags, as the current system used by twenty participating airlines is operationally inefficient due to differing print stock, processes, and storage areas. The new system will provide a single style of print stock, improving efficiency and supporting DEN's Vision 100 goals of growing infrastructure and maintaining existing assets. The cost for the new stock will be funded by common use airlines. The Committee approved filing this item by consent on July 30, 2025, and it was scheduled for Mayor-Council approval on August 5, 2025.
