A resolution approving a contract between the City and County of Denver and Sky Blue Builders LLC for $5,156,165.00 for a Domes and Ramps Adjustment project at Denver International Airport (DEN), Terminal Level 5 roadways east and west. The project involves demolition of existing crosswalks, curbs, and ramps to accommodate a new layout, and installation of raised crosswalks, vehicular ramps, passenger loading zones, curbside sidewalks, cane detection devices for existing encroachments, new traffic and accessible wayfinding signage. The contractor is responsible for all management, labor, supervision, coordination, materials, equipment, tools, testing, commissioning, incidentals, permits, and inspections.
