The Columbus City Council is considering a variance request for a proposed 264-unit apartment complex on approximately 14 acres at 1854 Stelzer Road. The applicant, Metro Development III LLC, seeks relief from several zoning code provisions to allow reduced parking and building setback lines, and an increased detached garage height.
