This ordinance authorizes the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Danbert Electric Corporation for the Circuit #23 Street Lighting Improvements project. The project involves replacing approximately 150 street lights with new LED luminaires, along with associated wiring and controllers, primarily in Columbus Community '54 - Franklinton'. The total expenditure for the project is up to $474,862.47. The bid from Danbert Electric Corporation was deemed the lowest and best.
