This modification adds $400,000.00 for additional professional services to complete the detailed design, bringing the total contract amount to $1,200,000.00. The project includes replacing existing sidewalks, curbs, driveways, ADA curb ramps, and resurfacing 17th Avenue from I-71 southbound ramps to west of Billiter Boulevard. It also involves replacing traffic signals, constructing curb extensions, improving surface drainage, and replacing water service lines with lead or galvanized materials. The additional funds are for design services related to right-of-way plans and retaining wall design.
