The project aims to provide professional engineering services for the general rehabilitation of the water distribution system, including the replacement of transmission water lines that have exceeded their useful life and the construction of new lines to improve fire flow capabilities. The preliminary engineering phase is estimated to take 10 months, followed by a 12-month final design phase, and two years for construction services. The total estimated project cost, including final design and services during construction, is $1,429,553.00. The funding for this contract will be obtained through the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) Direct Loan Program.
