The services include professional engineering, survey work, and technical expertise for roadway projects. The Department of Public Service solicited Requests for Proposals for two such contracts, receiving nine responses. GPD Group was selected for the first contract based on the highest evaluation score. The contract will be a task order contract, with initial funding of $310,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund. The ordinance also includes amendments to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget and transfers funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund to allocate the necessary resources.
