This ordinance sets forth the municipal services and zoning conditions that the City of Columbus will provide upon the annexation of a 1.9-acre parcel located in Mifflin Township. This is a required step by the Ohio Revised Code before the annexation meeting with the Franklin County Board of Commissioners.
