This ordinance authorizes the Director of Public Service to grant consent and propose cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the FRA-62-8.91-Storm Sewer project, PID 114103. The project, slated for summer 2026, involves replacing storm sewer along US 62 from Blue Rock Boulevard to Big Run Road East and adding a southbound right turn lane on US 62 at Alkire Road. The City agrees to pay 100% of the cost of features requested by the LPA deemed unnecessary by State and Federal Highway Administration, 100% of ADA curb ramp costs, and 50% of storm sewer costs.
