The City Council of Chicago approved the proposed Webash Riverfront Subdivision. This subdivision is for certain lots owned by 2200 N Ashland (Chicago) LLC, located in the block bounded by the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad, W. Webster Avenue, N. Ashland Avenue, and the North Branch of the Chicago River. The developer is required to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the City of Chicago from all claims related to the subdivision. The developer must file a fully-stamped approved, certified copy of this ordinance and the associated full-sized plat for recordation within 180 days after the passage of this ordinance. The ordinance will take effect from and after its passage and publication, and the subdivision will take effect from and after the recording of the published ordinance and approved plat.
