An ordinance to rezone properties at 1527 Northside Drive, NW and a portion of 1541 Northside Drive, NW from MR-4B-C/BL (Multifamily Residential Conditional/Beltline Overlay) to MR-4B-C/BL (Multifamily Residential Conditional/Beltline Overlay) for a change of conditions. The amendment specifically removes a condition from Ordinance 15-O-1446 which required a minimum six-foot opaque, solid material wall to screen the rooftop terrace on unit 62 from the adjacent R-4 lot to the east. The homeowner's association, the developer, and the current homeowner have agreed that this screening condition is no longer necessary. The applicant, Pulte Homes Company, LLC, will cover all fees associated with this change of conditions.
