The City of Atlanta City Council adopted an ordinance to waive part of the City Code and authorize the Mayor or his designee to exercise the second renewal option for Agreement RFP-C-1200560-A, the Annual Contract for Sanitary Sewer Repairs, with Ruby Collins/S.E. Consortium Joint Venture. This renewal is for a term of one year, retroactively effective from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, for time only. The ordinance also ratifies any services rendered by and outstanding invoices from the joint venture from September 1, 2025, through the exercise of this second renewal option. The initial contract was for three years (September 1, 2021, to August 31, 2024) with two one-year renewal options. Previous amendments added significant funding for linear sanitary sewer repairs.
