An ordinance to adopt the Ansley Park Neighborhood Conservation Study and incorporate it by reference into the City of Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan (Plan A). The study, developed through a partnership with the Ansley Park Civic Association (APCA) and City departments, documents current conditions and residents' goals for the future of Ansley Park. It provides non-binding policy and project recommendations informed by a public engagement process that included surveys, focus groups, workshops, and open houses. The APCA hired Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates (TSW) as the project manager for the study. The adoption serves as an updated guide for future development, although any policy changes based on the recommendations will require separate legislation by the Atlanta City Council.
