The City Council of Atlanta authorized the Mayor or his designee to execute a Project Management Agreement (PMA) with The PATH Foundation, Inc. for the Peachtree Creek Greenway Project. This agreement, on behalf of the Atlanta Department of Transportation, will not exceed $6,000,000.00. The PATH Foundation, established in 1991, specializes in creating trails and linear green spaces, having completed over 325 miles of such projects in the metropolitan region. The project is funded by the 2022 TSPLOST, which allocated up to $6,000,000.00 for the Peachtree Creek Greenway Project. The Commissioner of the Atlanta Department of Transportation is authorized to grant or deny requests for project time extensions or scope re-allocations.
