The City of Atlanta authorized the Mayor to execute documents granting PPP Metropolitan, LLC a perpetual non-exclusive stormwater drainage easement over a 5,529 square foot portion of city-owned property at 2353 Metropolitan Parkway SW. This easement will allow for the installation of stormwater drainage infrastructure to facilitate the transmission and conveyance of stormwater from the adjacent property owned by PPP Metropolitan, LLC. PPP Metropolitan, LLC has agreed to pay the City $25,000 for the easement. The Department of Watershed Management has reviewed and approved the plans, and the Department of Enterprise Asset Management recommended granting the easement.
