The City Council of Atlanta approved an increase in the not-to-exceed amount of Contract RFP/CON/DOA/2403-1240267 with Holder-Moody-Sovereign-Davis, a Joint Venture (HMSD), for Parking Decks Reconstruction and Expansion - Construction Management at Risk Services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The contract's total not-to-exceed amount was increased to $20,000,000.00. Additionally, $18,000,000.00 was authorized for the initial construction phase, which includes the demolition of the existing South Domestic Terminal Parking Deck, Delta Dash, and South Parking Offices, and the complete construction of the replacement South Deck Phase 2. HMSD is expected to achieve substantial completion of the entire project within sixty months from the Construction Notice-to-Proceed.
