The Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) had issued a Request for Proposals (RFP #1177) for Nutrition Services, and Meals on Wheels San Francisco was selected as the highest-ranked proposer. The funding for this agreement comes from a combination of Federal (Older Americans Act and CSBG-HR revenues), State (Older Californians Act), and local (City & County of San Francisco General Fund and Dignity Fund) sources.
