The City and County of San Francisco, through its Human Services Agency (HSA), approved a four-year agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies, totaling $15,974,640, for the provision of Family and Children’s Services (FCS) Wraparound Services. The contract term is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029. This resolution authorizes the Executive Director of the Human Services Agency to make necessary, non-material changes to the Agreement before its execution. The Wraparound Services program aims to successfully transition target population children, youth, and non-minor dependents into or preserve placement in family-based service settings, and to improve placement stability, mental health, educational, and permanency outcomes. The services include intensive case management, crisis intervention, and securing mental health services from a network of providers, delivered 24/7 in homes and community settings. Seneca Family of Agencies was selected following a Request for Proposals (RFP #1159) issued on January 16, 2025, and was approved by the Civil Service Commission on April 21, 2025, and April 24, 2025. Edgewood Center for Children and Families is a key subcontractor for these services.
