The Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance on December 17, 2024 to correct numerous typographical errors, outdated cross-references, and refine administrative procedures across Articles 1, 1.2, 2, 3, 7, and 8 of the Planning Code and Section 106A.1.19 of the Building Code. Changes include clarifying accessory dwelling unit provisions, reinstating front and rear setback provisions for special lot configurations, explicitly removing rear yard requirements in NC-S districts, updating notification requirements, and re-enabling Intermediate Length Occupancy controls in mixed-use districts. These modifications also correct incorrect section references, refine conditional use procedures for density bonus projects, and restore zoning controls inadvertently removed in prior ordinances.
