On April 8, 2025, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved the final map (Final Map No. 11928) for a mixed-use condominium project at 2100 Mission Street, subdividing Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 3576, Lot No. 001 into 29 condominium units (one commercial and 28 residential). The final map, comprising three sheets approved by Public Works Order No. 211508 on March 17, 2025, was adopted as the official legal subdivision. The Board incorporated by reference the Planning Department’s March 31, 2023 findings that the subdivision complies with the General Plan and Priority Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1. The Board authorized the Director of Public Works to record the map and directed the Clerk of the Board to execute the required Clerk’s Statement. Approval is conditioned on compliance with all applicable provisions of the San Francisco Subdivision Code. The map establishes individual legal parcels and easements necessary for utilities and right-of-way. The project site will accommodate ground-floor commercial space and multiple residential condominiums above. No additional CEQA review was required under the categorical exemption noted in the tentative map decision. The final map approval completes the subdivision phase and allows the developer to proceed with construction plan submissions and condominium sales.
