The resolution commemorates Coach Rosenfeld’s 51 Philadelphia Public League championships, leadership at Overbrook and Central High Schools, and service as a Penn Relays referee and PIAA official. Under his guidance, teams achieved 17 track and field titles and 23 cross-country championships, including a perfect score in the 1988 Public League Championship.
